Balloon Buddies

A friend of mine is going through a tough time, so while watching the Oscars tonight I thought I'd make her a card.  This set from Inky Antics was too cute to pass up.  I like these sets because they are really easy to make.  Inky Antics gives you the idea and they always turn out great.
