TESC147 - My First Taylored Expressions Challenge

Here's a card I made for their latest challenge. I love the September Key Ingredients and thought it would make a fun birthday card.

All paper and ribbon are from the September Key Ingredients kit. Sentiment stamp is from TE Labels of Love and the balloons are made from the TE Make a Wish Balloons die set.
